The Year That Was - 2016
2016 was filled with such diverse and magical weddings; from cheshire weddings to London weddings, I was fortunate to once again be able to travel across the UK to capture and array of special day's for each and every couple.
With backdrops varying from lake Windermere and Allan + Nicola's Storrs Hall Wedding, to Tania + Andy's Gloucestershire Barn that is Kingscote. 2016 reminded my what I adore about being a wedding photographer; no wedding is ever the same. When a couple plans their perfect day everything points to their own loves and choices; from suppliers and colour schemes, to decor and attire. Each wedding is as unique as the couple's themselves.
2016 was amazing, and I want to take the time to thank each and every couple for allowing me to witness and capture their special day for them, each one as memorable and emotional as the last, you've had me crying, dancing and giggling with you and I'm so blessed. You're weddings and comments pushed me to once again being a North West Regional Finalist Photographer in The Wedding Industry Awards for the second consecutive year.
So here is a cheeky little round up of some of my favourites photographs from 2016, a quick video to tickle the tastebuds as well as a few stills to take a few extra moments to look over.
Thank you Thank you, Thank you. 2016 you were incredible. 2017 you have a lot to live upto.
