Dalduff Farm, Ayrshire Rustic Outdoor Hand tie Wedding

Well 2019 wedding season you seem to have been passing by in the blink of an eye but WOWSERS so many wonderful days that I desperately need to share up here on my blog with you all!

First up…KATIE + JACK; and their beautiful rustic, elegant Dalduff Barn Wedding up in Ayrshire.

Katie and Jack were the 2019 winners of my annual photography competition; and I genuinely feel like I was the competition winner! What a wonderful day with so many of their closest friends and family relishing in the glorious sunshine that graced them for their special day.

Katie's dad also brought his lovely old Mercedes convertible which played a lovely part in not only giving Katie and her dad a few minutes away before she was due to say ‘I do’, but also gave Jack and Katie the perfect getaway for their own few minutes as husband and wife. (I don’t know what meant more to Jack, marry Katie or the moment he was given the keys to actually drive the Merc…:P )

The sun shone the moment the day began, with Katie and Jack only metres away from one another whilst they got ready for the day; only added the the excitement bubbling around the venue; chairs and benches were positioned outside on the lawn to make the most of the glorious weather. Where a traditional hand tie would also take place (first time i had witnessed it, and i loved it!

It truly was a pleasure to be a part of their day and capture it for them and I want to take this time to give a huge shout out to the suppliers who helped make this day what it was for such a caring couple!
